前列地尔脂微球载体制剂治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

目的观察前列地尔脂微球载体制剂治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法 108例急性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,在基本及对症治疗基础上,治疗组给予前列地尔脂微球载体制剂治疗,对照组则给予复方丹参注射液治疗,共14d,评定治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力Barthel指数(BI),并随访治疗后3个月后的BI指数。结果两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分均有降低而BI指数均升高,但治疗组变化更显著(P<0.05),而副作用比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔脂微球载体制剂治疗急性脑梗死能减轻患者的神经功能缺损及改善日常生活活动能力,且副作用少,值得临床推广使用。

The clinical observation of Hposomal prostaglandin E1 in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of liposomal prostaglandin E1 （ Lipo-PGE1 ） injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）. Methods 108 patients with ACI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were given a basic therapy. The treatment group is added to Lipo-PGE1 10ug/d for 14 days. But the control group is added to Danshen injection 20 ml/d for 14 days. All patients have been evaluated by NIHSS score and BI index before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score in two groups were significantly lower than pre-treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the BI index intwo groups were significantly higher than pre-treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. But the treat-ment group significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Lipo-PGE1 is an effective and safe treatment against ACI, few and mild adverse reactions, it is worth for clinical use.
