| 摘 要： | 目的探讨L-苹果酸对睡眠剥夺(SD)大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法 16只大鼠随机分为对照组(SD+生理盐水)和实验组(SD+L-苹果酸),用多平台水环境法建立大鼠SD模型,SD48h和SD72h后用Morris水迷宫测试大鼠的记忆能力。结果实验组大鼠的SD48h和SD72h水迷宫反应时均明显小于对照组。结论 L-苹果酸能改善睡眠剥夺的大鼠学习记忆能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of L-malate on cognitive function of rat with sleep depriva- tion （SD）. Methods 20 rats were divided into control group （ SD ＋ sodium chloride） and experimental group （ SD ＋ L-malate ）. We use the modified multiple platform method to form the model, and after SD48 h and SD72 h we measure the rats＇ memory in the water maze. Results Compared with control group, the response time of experiment group in 48 or 72 water maze test decreased obviously. Conclusion L-malate can improve the cognitive function of sleep deprivation rat. |
