珠芪复肝颗粒成型工艺研究

摘    要:目的:确定珠芪复肝颗粒的成型(制粒)工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验,以成型率和流动性为指标,以提取物与辅料的比例、乙醇浓度、辅料用量和干燥温度为考察因素,优选成型工艺。结果:最佳成型工艺为辅料以淀粉:微晶纤维素=1∶1配比、提取物与辅料按3∶2的比例混匀,以80%乙醇为润湿剂制软材,干燥温度为60℃,成品颗粒的流动性和溶化性好,临界相对湿度约为67%。结论:该成型工艺可行、稳定合理、重现性较好,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the shaping technology of ZhuQi FuGan Granules. Methods:By taking the forming rate and mobility as the indexes, the technology was optimized through orthogonal design with the ration of extractive and adjuvant materials, the concentrations of ethanol, the consumption of adjuvant materials and the dry-ing temperature as the factors. Results:The best shaping technology was as follows:adjuvant materials were starch to microcrystalline cellulose in the ratio of 1:1, extractive and adjuvant materials were mixed together in the ratio of 3:2, 80%ethanol was as the wetting agent, the drying temperature was 60℃, the mobility and melting of the gran-ules were good, critical relative humidity was 67%or so. Conclusion:The shaping technology, feasible, stable, ration and reproducible, could provide theoretical evidence for industrial production.
