中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿35例

目的：观察在西医常规治疗的基础上以大黄牡丹皮汤加减治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法：将70例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例，2组均给予氨苄青霉素、甲硝唑、维生素Bl等治疗。观察组加用大黄牡丹皮汤,1剂/d，水煎分2次温服。2组均以7天为1个疗程。比较2组临床疗效及退热时间、白细胞计数恢复到正常时间、脓肿消退时间、住院总天数等。结果：总有效率观察组为94.3%，对照组为74.3%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。退热时间、白细胞计数恢复到正常时间、脓肿消退时间、住院总天数观察组均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。脓肿吸收缩小率观察组为91.3%，对照组为71.3%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：在西医常规治疗的基础上以大黄牡丹皮汤加减治疗阑尾周围脓肿可提高临床疗效，促进疾病恢复，缩短住院时间。

Treating 35 Cases of Periappendiceal Abscess by Integrative Medicine

Objective：To explore clinical effects of modified DaHuang MuDanPi Tang in treating periappen-diceal abscess on the foundation of routine treatment. Methods：Seventy patients were randomized into the observa-tion group and the control group, both groups took ampicillin, metronidazole, vitamin B1 and others. The observation group were given with DaHuang MuDanPi Tang on the base of routine treatment, one dose per day, taking twice warming when the decoction was prepared in water. Seven days were one course of the treatment. Total hospitaliza-tion days, disappearing time of abscess, the time of WBC counting return to normal, the time of bringing down a fever and clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 94.3%, higher than 74.3%of the control group, the difference was striking （P〈0.05）. Total hospitalization days, dis-appearing time of abscess, the time of WBC counting return to normal and the time of bringing down a fever in the observation group were shorter than these of the control group （P〈0.05）. Abscess absorption and shrink rate of the observation group was 91.3%, higher than 71.3%of the control group, the difference was striking （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion：On the foundation of western medicine routine treatment, modified DaHuang MuDanPi Tang in treating pe-riappendiceal abscess could improve clinical effects, promote the recovery and shorten hospitalization time.
