体质干预治疗2型糖尿病前期患者33例

目的：观察中医体质调养干预对2型糖尿病前期患者的临床疗效。方法：将符合条件的76例患者随机分为体质调养干预组38例与西药对照组38例。对照组口服常规西药降糖药物,体质调养干预组在对照组治疗的基础上行中医体质调养干预,3个月后观察2组患者HbA1c、FPG、P2hPG变化情况。结果：体质调养干预组HbA1c、FPG、P2hPG下降程度与西药对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对2型糖尿病前期高危体质人群早期进行中医药干预，可使其有效保持在IGT阶段或转变为正常糖耐量者。

Clinical Observation on Constitution Intervention in the Treatment for 33 Patients with Prediabetes of Type 2

Objective： To investigate curative effects of TCM constitution intervention for the patients with prediabetes of type 2. Methods：All 76 patients were divided to the intervention group of constitution care and the control group of Western medicine. The control group accepted routine antidiabetic drugs through the mouth, the in-tervention group of constitution care received health care according to constitutions besides Western medicine given to both groups. The changes of HbAlc, FPG and P2hPG of the patients in both groups were observed after three months. Results：The difference had statistical meaning in the decrease of HbAlc, FPG and P2hPG in the interven-tion group of constitution care compared with the control group of Western medicine （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Consti-tution intervention for the people in high-risk prediabetes of type 2 could effectively keep them in the stage of im-paired glucose tolerance （IGT） or transform into the stage of normal glucose tolerance.
