| 摘 要： | 目的：建立复方金银花滴丸的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对处方中黄芩、连翘进行定性鉴别，并应用高效液相色谱法，Hypersil ODS-2（250 mm＆#215;4.6 mm，5μm）色谱柱，以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液（11∶89）为流动相，检测波长327 nm，流速1.0 mL/min，测定绿原酸的含量。结果：TCL图谱中可检出黄芩、连翘的特征图谱；绿原酸在22.8～57.0μg/mL呈良好线性关系（r=0.9999），平均加样回收率为101.3%，RSD为1.37%。结论：本法简便、准确，可用于复方金银花滴丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish quality standard of compound JinYinHua dripping pills. Methods：HuangQin （Scutellarid baicalensis Georgi） and LianQiao Forsythia suspense （Thunb.） Vahl] were determined quanti tatively, HPLC was adopted, Hypersil ODS-2 （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） chromatographic column, mobile phase：acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid solution（11：89）, detection wavelength was 327 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the contents of chlorogenic acid were detected. Results：HuangQin and LianQiao could be detected by TLC;chlorogenic acid demonstrated that better linear relationship in the range between 22.8 and 57.0 μg/mL （r=0.999 9）, average recovery rate was 101.3%, RSD was 1.37%. Conclusion：The method, simple and accurate, could be used for quality control of compound JinYinHua dripping pills. |
