FNAC结合TCT检测技术在甲状腺疾病诊断中的临床应用

摘    要:目的:对甲状腺肿物的细针吸取细胞(fine needle aspiration cytotogy,FNAC)结合膜式薄层液基细胞学(TCT)检查作出评估。方法:细针吸取组织,涂片,并将针筒内剩余穿刺物全部冲洗至TCT样本液中,微电脑控制完全自动纸片,HE染色,同时与有病理组织对照的病例进行对比分析。结果:行FNAC结合TCT检查,且有组织学对照的103例甲状腺疾病患者的诊断符合率高达88.3%。结论:甲状腺肿物FNAC结合TCT诊断符合率高,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To assess the value of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) and TCT in the diagnosis of goiter. Methods:The tissue was aspired by fine needle and smeared, and the remainder was rinsed into TCT sam-ples, the smear was controlled by microcomputer and received HE staining, which was contrasted to medical cases with pathological tissue. Results:Coincidence rate of the diagnosis for 103 patients suffering from thyroid diseases could reach 88.3%after FNAC and TCT examination were performed. Conclusion:FNAC and TCT in the diagnosis of goiter could obtain high coincidence rate, which should be widely spread.
