健康知识教育联合生活习惯护理在体检发现乳腺增生患者护理中的应用价值

目的：探讨健康知识教育联合生活习惯护理在体检发现乳腺增生患者护理中的应用价值。方法：将90例经体检发现并确诊为乳腺增生的患者随机分为给予健康知识教育联合生活习惯护理的观察组和常规护理和生活指导的对照组，观察患者的应激状态指标、日常生活能力以及生活质量情况。结果：观察组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、数字疼痛分级法（NRS）评分、血糖水平以及PULSES评分均低于对照组（P〈0．05），血胰岛素水平以及Barthel指数、FIM评分、生活质量评分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：健康知识教育联合生活习惯护理能够缓解慢性应激、提高生活能力及生活质量，对于体检发现乳腺增生的患者具有积极的应用价值。

Application of Health Education and Living Habits Care to the Patients with Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands Found in Health Examination

Objective： To explore the values of health education and living habits care to the patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands found in health examination. Methods： All 90 patients were allocated into the observation group, who received health education and living habits care, and the control group who accepted routine care and life guidance, the indexes of stress state, daily living ability and life quality of the patients were observation. Results： HAMA scale, HAMD scale, NRS scale, the level of blood glucose and PULSES scale of the treatment group were lower than these of the control group （P〈O.05）, the level of blood insulin, Barthel index, FIM scale, life quality scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Health ed uation and living habits care could relieve chronic stress, improve living ability and life quality, which shows positive value to discover the patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands in health examination.
