摘    要:目的 探讨急、慢性缺氧对大鼠血液流变学特性的影响。方法 采用低压舱模拟缺氧模型,测定缺氧时大鼠血液流变学指标以及血气的变化。结果 慢性缺氧血液流变特性较对照组和急性缺氧组明显障碍,表现为全血黏度明显增高,红细胞变形性下降、聚焦性增强,压积明显增大。结论 缺氧可显著影响血液流变学特性,其重要原因在于红细胞数量的显著增多和红细胞流变性的显著变化。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of acute and chronic hypoxia on the hemorheology of rats.Methods Hypobaric chamber was used to simulate high altitude condition,blood gas and blood rheological change were analysed.Results Blood rheological properties were found highly sticky during in chronic hypoxia,deformability of erythrocytes decreased,focus of its increased and blood cell numbers increased.Conclusion Hypoxia has obvious effects on the hemorheology,which result from the change of numbers and rheological properties of erythrocytes.
