| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术治疗退行性腰椎侧凸的临床效果。方法回顾分析自2000年1月至2007年6月本院收治的17例退行性腰椎侧凸患者的临床资料,5例采用单纯椎管减压术,12例行椎管减压加后路矫形内固定融合术。观察手术前后Cobb角,腰背痛的改善率。结果术后患者的症状和体征均有明显改善。术前Cobb角平均26.5°,术后Cobb角平均7.8°。随访12～36个月,平均18个月,术后神经功能改善,未见矫正明显丢失。结论手术治疗退行性腰椎例凸能取得满意的临床效果和畸形矫正效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical results of surgical treatment of degenerative scoliosis. Method From January 2000 to June 2007, 17 cases with degenerative scoliosis were analyzed for their clinical data retrospectively, 5 cases underwent single decompression, 12 cases bad decompression and posterior correction fixation fusion. Coob angle, lumbar pain relief rate were observed between preoperation and postoperation. Result An clinical manifestation was improved. The average preoperative obb angle was 26. 5°, the average postoperation Cobb angle was 7.8°. After an average 18 months （12 -36 months） follow-up, there was no correction loss during long follow-up, nerve function improved after operation. Conclusion Surgical treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis can attain satisfied clinical effect and deformity correcion. |
