定制人工假体置换治疗骨肿瘤的临床观察

目的探讨人工特制假体在骨肿瘤保肢治疗中的方式和疗效。方法回顾分析我院自2005～2008年接受定制型人工关节置换进行保肢治疗的骨肿瘤患者21例,患者均采用人工定制假体治疗。结果治疗后随访7～38月。1例失随访。2例死亡,1例局部复发截肢。生存的18例患者按Enneking1]肢体肌肉骨骼肿瘤外科治疗重建术后功能评估,优13例,良1例,可2例,差2例。17例患者优良率77%。结论选择合适的手术方式,正确安放固定定制人工假体,辅助以综合治疗,能在不影响5年术后生存率的前提下提高患者生活质量并保留患肢功能。

Artificial prosthetic replacement in bone neoplasms treatment

Objective To discuss the method and the therapeutic effect of special artificial prothesis in bone neoplasms therapy. Method Analysis the 21 patients with bone neoplasms treated by prosthetic replacement in our hospital. Male 13, female 8.Age： 17-67 years old. All the patients are treated with special artificial prothesis. Result The patience were followed for 7-38months. 1 lost, 2 died, 1 amputed. The good-excellent rate of the survivals is 77% according to the Enneking system. Conclusion Choose the suitable operation modus, replace special artificial prothesis correctly and aid with combined therapy, could elevate quality of life and keep the 5 years＇ survival rate.
