| 摘 要： | 鼻用皮质类固醇具有全面强效的抗炎作用,是目前治疗变应性鼻炎最有效的药物之一。文中介绍了新型鼻用皮质类固醇糠酸氟替卡松的分子机制、药效学、药动学、临床疗效、安全性和装置等特点,并与现有其他鼻用皮质类固醇进行比较。

| Abstract: | Intranasal corticosteroids have the comprehensive and potent anti-inflammatory effect,and they are the most efficacious medication in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.We introduced the molecular mechanism,pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic profiles,clinical efficacy,safety and device of fluticasone furoate nasal spray,and compared fluticasone furoate with other available intranasal corticosteroids in these aspects. |
