腺性膀胱炎的诊断与治疗(附20例报告)

目的 :总结腺性膀胱炎的发病特点 ,探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断与治疗效果。方法 :对 2 0例腺性膀胱炎患者行抗感染、经尿道电灼、电切、膀胱内药物灌注等治疗。结果 :2 0例患者随访 6个月～ 48个月 ,治愈 15例 ;好转 3例 ,6个月～ 12个月内复发 ;2例有恶变倾向 ,病理检查仍为腺性膀胱炎。结论 :膀胱镜检查对腺性膀胱炎的早期诊断有重要意义 ;经尿道电灼、电切加膀胱内药物灌注是腺性膀胱水的有效治疗方法

Diagnosis and tremaent of cystitis glandularis(report of 20 case)

Objective:To present the clinical features of cystitis glandularis,to elucidute the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treament of cystitis glandularis.Methods:20 cases of cystitis glanduaris were treated with anti infetion therapy,electric coagulation,transuretheral resection and bladder instillation of drug.Results:All 20 cases have been followed up 6～48 months.15 cases were cured.3 cases improved but recurred 6～12 months after treament.2 cases were inclined to be malignant,while were found to be cystitis glandularis on patheological study.Conclusions:Cystoscope examination was important in the darly diagnosis of cystitis glandularis.Transurethral resection,electic coagulation combined with bladder instillation of drug is the choice of treatment.
