| 摘 要： | 目的调查经隐蔽微创切口治疗颧骨骨折术后患者的心理状况。方法选取我院收治的55例颧骨骨折病例,采用颞部发际线内隐蔽切口,复位后插入微型侧壁螺丝刀电钻头钻孔,侧壁螺丝刀单皮质固定小型钛板。颧骨复合体骨折移位时,附加口内前庭沟黏骨膜切口,显露颧骨下前部骨折的情况,直视下复位内固定。患者术后接受一般情况调查、自评抑郁和自评焦虑的问卷调查。结果 55例患者抑郁自评量表总分值为(53.36±6.93)分,为轻度抑郁,但与界值53分比较,差异无统计学意义。焦虑自评量表总分值为(51.10±6.94)分,为轻度焦虑,但与界值50分比较,差异无统计学意义。结论隐蔽微创切口治疗颧骨骨折对患者心理状况影响小,患者仅表现为轻度焦虑、抑郁。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the psychological situations of patients with zygomatic fracture .Methods A total of 55 patients with zygomatic fractures in our hospital from May 2010 to August 2012 were selected ,using temporal concealment incision in the hairline . All these patients are tested by the common situation questionnaires ,simple coping style questionnaire ,self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale.Results Patients＇depression score was（53.36 ±6.93）,which belonged to mild depression;Anxiety total score was（51.10 ±6.94）,which was mild anxiety;There are no statistical significances between 53 and 50.Conclusion Hidden minimally invasive incision only moderately affect psychological status in patients with zygomatic fractures . |
