| 摘 要： | 目的探讨长期门诊精神分裂症患者的生活质量。方法应用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、大体评定量表(GAS)和简易精神状态量表(MMSE)对128例长期门诊精神分裂症患者进行评定。结果多元逐步回归分析表明,影响生活质量的主要因素依次为:躯体状况、家庭年平均收入、用药、婚姻、MMSE定向力和GAS(偏回归系数B=9.742、7.078、4.680、-4.560、2.341、0.607)。结论对于长期门诊精神分裂症患者给予社会支持、心理关怀比选择合理用药、开展康复治疗更重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the quality of life of schizophrenic patients in long-time outpatient service .Methods The short form-36 health survey（SF-36）,the positive and negative symptoms scale （PANSS）,gross assessment scale（GAS） and Mini Mental State Examination （ MMSE） were assessed in 128 cases of patients with schizophrenia in long-time outpatient service .Results The re-sults of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the quality of life were body status ,family average annual income,medication,marriage,MMSE directional force and GAS（partial regression coefficient （B=9.742,7.078,4.680,7.078, 2.341,0.607）.Conclusion social support and psychological care are more important than the selection of rational drug and rehabilita -tion for schizophrenic patients in long-term outpatient service to improve the quality of life . |
