| 摘 要： | 目的 :判断纤维蛋白原 ( Fbg)、P-选择素在急性心肌梗塞 ( AMl)和不稳定性心绞痛 ( UA)中的意义。方法 :用 Beckman全自动生化仪测 Fbg、流式细胞术测定 P-选择素 ,共检测 AMI 2 3例 ,UA 2 1例 ,健康人 (对照组 ) 2 8例。结果 :AMI组的 Fbg、P-选择素均非常显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1 ) ;UA组的 Fbg、P-选择素均显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;UA组的 Fbg与 AMI组无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;UA组的 P-选择素显著低于 AMI组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :Fbg、P-选择素是检测血栓前状态的敏感指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the significance of fibrinogen and P selectin in acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris cases.Methods:Detections were made on 23 acute myocardial infarction cases, 21 unstable angina pectoris case and 28 healthy case on the changes of fibrinogen and P selectin.Results: Fibrinogen and P selectin in acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris cases were higher than those in healthy cases ( P <0.05). No difference was observed between the acute myocardial infarction cases and unstable angina pectoris cases. ( P >0.05). P selectin in unstable angina pectoris cases was lower than in acute myocardial infarction cases ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Fibrinogen and P selectin were indices for the diagnosis of thrombosis. |
