北京市农村流动人口的HIV/STD高危性行为和知识分析

目的调查北京市流动人口中存在的感染艾滋病病毒/性传播疾病(HIV/STD)的高危性行为和他们所掌握的艾滋病知识状况。方法在北京市流动人口集中的行业中,用按比例抽样的方法抽取了2222名流动人员,采取问卷调查了解他们拥有的性伙伴数量、参与商业性性行为、安全套使用等高危性行为的情况和艾滋病知识掌握的状况。结果对被调查者中报告有性行为的900人进行了统计分析,结果发现67.4%的人有婚前性行为,31.0%的人有多个性伙伴,9.4%的人参与了商业性性行为,而只有39.0%的人使用过安全套。对全体被调查者的艾滋病知识分析发现,他们的艾滋病知识掌握的相对比较多,熟悉艾滋病传播的三大途径,但对不传播途径没有多大把握。结论加强对流动人口感染HIV/STD的危险和使用安全套的干预。

An analysis of HIV/STD high risk sexual behaviors and HIV/STD knowledge in mobile population in Beijing

Objective Mobile population migrating from rural areas are becoming more important objects in preventing HIV/STD(Human immunodeficiency virus/sexually transmitted disease)in China.The objective of this study is to find out the high sexual risk behaviors of HIV/STD and knowledge of transmission routes and symptoms of HIV among this particular population.Method A total of 2 201 participants were selected by sampling from professional sectors where large number of mobile workers were employed.They were asked to report the time of their first sexual behavior,numbers of sex partners,presence of commercial sexual behavior,sexual behavoior of their sex partners,condom using and HIV/STD related knowledge.Results The findings of our study showed that the mobile population migrating from rural areas had more HIV/STD high risk sexual behaviors;67.4% had pre-martial sex behavior,31% had more than one sexual partners,9.4% engaged in commercial sex activities,and only 39% used condoms in their sexual behaviors.They had much HIV/STD knowledge,and all of them knew the three routes of HIV transmission.Conclusion Greater efforts should be made to reduce the risk of HIV/STD infection and promote condom use among mobile population migrating from rural areas.
