| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化术（TUVP）治疗前列腺增生症（BPH）的可行性。方法:TUVP治疗BPH105例,其中Ⅰ度增生15例;Ⅱ度增生67例;Ⅲ度以上增生23例。结果:所有病人手术顺利,无电切综合征发生,术后2～5d拔除尿管后,103例排尿良好,2例再次留置尿管1～3周后拔除排尿良好。术后出现并发症11例,其中继发膀胱出血9例,膀胱颈挛缩2例。结论:TUVP为治疗BPH的较好方法,适用于高龄、高危病人。
