110例婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎心肌损害临床分析

目的:探讨轮状病毒肠炎患儿合并心肌损害的发生情况。方法:将110例粪便轮状病毒(RV)抗原阳性的肠炎患儿作为观察组,选择同期治疗的110例RV抗原阴性的肠炎患儿作对照组,比较两组患儿肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)及心电图异常发生情况。结果:观察组CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST等各项指标均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患儿心电图异常发生率为47.27%(52/110),对照组患儿心电图异常发生率为21.82%(24/110),两组比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:轮状病毒肠炎患儿容易合并心肌酶谱及心电图并常,在治疗肠炎的同时需注意心肌的保护。
