| 摘 要： | 目的:探索一种对小儿手足口病治疗有效而且副作用小的药物用于儿科临床。方法:临床确诊为手足口病的患儿给予每天每公斤体重10mg穿琥宁静脉滴注或肌肉注射,观察疗效和并发症。结果:一天热退、皮疹好转占8.7%,二天热退、皮疹好转占69.6%,三天热退、皮疹好转占17.4%,大于三天的转上级医院占4.3%。结论:穿琥宁作为一种副作用小、价格相对便宜的中成药制剂治疗小儿手足口病有效。
