| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿巨细毒(CMV)肺炎的临床特点及诊断方法。方法:对55例经尿荧光定量PCR(Taqman探针技术)诊断为小儿巨细胞病毒肺炎病例的临床特点及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:小儿CMV肺炎以婴幼儿多见,临床以咳嗽、喘息、发热、呼吸困难为主要表现,肺部多有干湿罗音,X线改变为肺纹理增多、斑点或斑片状影。予更昔洛韦治疗,痊愈43例、好转12例。结论:小儿CMV肺炎临床症状、体征、X线缺乏特异性,常合并其他病原体感染和肺外脏器受损,尿荧光定量PCR法是目前常用的快速、准确诊断CMV肺炎的实验室依据,更昔洛韦治疗有效。
