476株泌尿道感染病原菌与耐药性特点分析

目的了解泌尿道感染细菌种类和耐药性特点,为感染性疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据。方法对近5年来分离的476株泌尿道感染病原菌及耐药性特点进行回顾性分析,细菌分离鉴定用常规手工方法 ,药敏试验采用微量稀释法（MIC）测定抗菌药物敏感性。结果共分离出476株病原微生物,革兰氏阳性菌占10.29%,革兰氏阴性菌占81.93%,白色念珠菌占7.14%,厌氧菌占0.63%。常见的G＋菌为表皮葡萄球菌、肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;常见的G-菌主要为大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）占50.00%,耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌（MRSE）占38.89%,产超广谱β-内酰胺酶（ESBLs）大肠杆菌占54.65%。结论临床医生了解病原微生物种类和耐药性特点,有助于临床医生合理、安全使用抗菌药物。

Common nosocomial pathogens and drug resistance in urinary tract

Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogenic floras isolated from the clinical specimen,and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bacterial infection.Methods 476 strains of common nosocomial pathogens and their drug resistance in urinary tract were analyzed.The pathogens were isolated and identified by routine method.Their susceptibility of antibacterial was detected by MIC.Results Among the isolated 476 strain pathogens,Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive cocci were 10.29% and 81.93%,Candida albicans 7.14% and Anaerobe 0.63%.The most frequent Gram-positive isolates were coagulase negative staphylococci,Enterococcus spp and Staphylococcus aureus.The most frequent Gram-negative isolates were Escherichia coli and Enterobacter cldoune.Conclusions Investigating the distribution and drug resistance of the commonly encountered bacteria is helpful to reasonable and safe application of antibacterials according to different clinical situation.
