| 摘 要： | 对经直肠超声导向穿刺和／或手术病理证实的１４例前列腺癌（ＰＣ）及５２例前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）进行诊断研究，并以１０例正常人作对照，探讨经直肠高频超声显像（ＴＲＵＳ）在鉴别ＢＰＨ与ＰＣ的临床价值。结果显示：ＴＲＵＳ诊断ＰＣ敏感性高达１００％，特异性８８％，准确性９１％。该法不仅有助于诊断，而且在ＰＣ分期中有参考价值。

| Abstract: | Highfrequency transrectal ultrasound(TRUS) provides an eHective method of distin-guishing benign pro;tatic hyperplasia(BPH) from prostate cancer(PC);The value of TRUSwas analyzed in 66 cases with prostate diseases including 14 cases with PC and 52 BPH whowere confirmed by operation or/and transrectal biopsy guided by TRUS. Its sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for diagnosis of PC were 100%, 88%,and 91%,respectively. TRUSsuccessfully diagnosed all of the 6 cases with early prostate cancer and 8 cases with advancedPC,The features of PC and BPH on TRUS were discussed in detail.Not only is it a goodmethod diagnosing prostate cancer,but it also has a great value in stagingprostate cancer; |
