BCL—2癌基因蛋白在食管小细胞未分化癌表达的研究

摘    要:应用免疫组织化学方法,对5例食管原发小细胞未分化癌进行原癌基BCL-2抑癌基因和抑癌基因Bb表达的研究。结果表明对BCL-2呈过度阳性表达,而对Rb呈阴性不表达。除1例失访外,其余4例均在1年左右死亡。提示原癌基因BCL-2和抑癌基因Rb在食管原发小细胞未分化癌的发生与发展中,起着介导调节促进细胞增殖的作用。其表达情况可能是肿瘤预后和生物学行为的判断措标。

Abstract:The expression of BCL 2 protein and Rb protein in human primary esophageal small cell undifferentiation carcinoma(ESCUC) was investigated by using immunohis tochemistory method. The results showed that overexpression of BCL 2 and negative expression of Rb were seen in all of 5 cases. All the 5 patients were died within about one year. It is suggested that both BCL 2 and Rb may play a role in the regulation of initiation and development of ESCUC, and the expression of the two gene may be an indicator for the prognosis of ESCUC.
