| 摘 要： | 在全民医保时代，决策者应该对三大医疗保障制度的主要承载者-县域（包括县级芾和市辖区，下同）统筹的基本医疗保障管理体制给予足够的重视。文章总结和评析了当前江苏省县域基本医疗保障管理体制的实践模式，并就县域基本医疗保障管理体制的优化调整提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | In the time of all covered by medical insurance,decision-maker should pay attention to one of main carriers of three kinds of medical insurance system,basic medical insurance management system at county level(including city at county level and district under city).This paper summarizes and analyzes the practice model of basic medical insurance management system at county level and gives some suggestions on optimization and adjustment of basic medical insurance management system at county level. |
