摘    要:目的 应用近红外光谱(NIRS)技术鉴别红参及其伪品.方法 收集300份中国红参及多种红参伪品的近红外漫反射光谱,采用判别分析法对其进行定性鉴别.结果 近红外光谱法可正确鉴别红参与其伪品.结论 该方法快速、准确,可用于红参类药材的鉴别.

Abstract:ObjectiveTo indentify Radix Ginseng Rubra from its counterfeit by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). MethodsDiffuse reflectance spectra of Radix Ginseng Rubra from China and the counterfeit were collected and then identified by discriminant analysis. ResultsRadix Ginseng Rubra was distinguished from its counterfeit by NIRS.ConclusionNIRS Method is rapid, accurate, and can be used for the identification and quality control of Radix Ginseng Rubra.
