乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族长寿家族成员第二掌骨骨皮质的X线形态学测量分析

用Ｘ线形态学测量方法，对乌鲁木齐部分维吾尔族长寿老人及其家族成员的第二掌骨骨皮质进行了测量。结果表明１０￣３９岁组骨皮质厚度，皮质厚度指数，皮质面积随年龄增长而增大，３０￣３９岁组达到峰值，其中骨皮质厚度、皮质面积的数值男性〉女性，３０￣３９岁组差别有显著性。４０岁以后各组数值开始下降，其下降速度女性快于男性，９０岁以上组最为明显，有显著性差异。

ANALYSIS AND X-RAY MORPHOMETRY OF THE SECOND METACARPAL BONE CORTEX OF LONG-LIVED UYGUR FAMILY IN URUMQI

The bone cortex of the second metacarpal of some long-lived Uygur men and their family members in Urumqi were measured by the radiomorphological survey method. The results indicated that the thickness, thickness index and the acreage of the bone cortex increased with age in the 10-39 age group, and reached their peak value in the 30-39 age group. The value of the bone cortex's thickness and acreage was greater in man than in woman. The quantitative difference in the 30-39 group was prominent. The value of the thickness, the thickness index and acreage of the bone cortex began to drop soon after age 40. The decreasing speed was greater in woman than in man , especially in those over 90. The quantitative difference was notable.
