| 摘 要： | 本文对乘长途列车发生旅途精神病的７２例患者和９５名正常志愿者进行了ＥＰＱ和ＳＣＬ－９０测试及对照研究。结果显示：病人组ＥＰＱ中Ｅ分较低，而Ｐ分高于对照组，差异有显著性；两组间ＳＣＬ－９０除ＳＦ１、ＳＦＰ外，病人组的各因子分、总分、总均分、阳性均分均高于正常人组。提示在急性应激状况下个性稳定性情况影响心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | he authors investigated the psychological profile of 72 patients with traveling psychosis and 95 healthy travelers.The psychological tests included EPQ and SCL-90.The results showed the E score of EPQ was lower in patient group and their P score were higher than control.All factor scores but SF 1and SF p were higher in patient group.The relationship of personality characteristics and mental health state in particular stressful environment was discussed. |
