大鼠背侧丘脑一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的分布

摘    要:目的:探讨一氧化氮合酶(NOS)在大鼠背侧丘脑各核团内的分布特点。方法:用NADPH-d组织化学方法观察一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元及纤维在大鼠背侧丘脑内的分布和形态特征。结果与结论:在大鼠且脑前内侧核、脑连结核、丘脑中央连结核、丘脑菱形核、丘脑带旁核、丘脑中央内侧核内可见少量淡染,小型阳性神经元,卵圆形或圆形,绝大部分阳性神经元未见突起,少数可见短突起,在丘脑室旁核内可见成群的中等或弱阳性神经元,突起少见,以卵圆形为主。背侧丘脑中线核群各亚核内阳性神经元分布相对较多。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the distributive characteristic of nitric oxide synthase in the rat thalamus. Methods: The distributive and morphological characteristics of nitric systhase (NOS), positive neurons, and positive fibers in the rat thalamus were histochemically examined with NADPH diaphorase. Results and Conclusion: A few NOS positive neurons of small size that were oval or fusion and pale staining presented in the anteromedical thalamic nucleus, reunions thalamic nucleus, rhomboid thalamic nucleus, paratenial thalamic nucleus, and centromedical nucleus. Most of positive neurons had no process, some of which had short processes. A group of NOS positive neurons that were oval without processes presented in paraventricuilar thalamic nucleus. There were more NOS positive neurons present in the middle line nucleus.
