碘-125粒子组织间植入治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床观察

目的探讨碘-125粒子组织间永久性植入在晚期恶性肿瘤治疗中的作用效果.方法观察28例晚期恶性肿瘤采用碘-125粒子植入治疗180 d(3个半衰期)后的病情变化.结果肿瘤完全消退和部分消退(CR PR)23例,占71.6%.血清肿瘤标志物水平明显下降,主要副反应是白细胞减少,7例,占17.0%.结论组织间碘-125粒子植入在晚期恶性肿瘤治疗中近期疗效肯定,可以作为综合治疗恶性肿瘤的方法之一.

Clinical observation on later period malignant tumous treated by iodine-125 interstitial brachytherapy

Obsjective: To assess the effectiveness of Iodine-125 permanent interstitial brachytherapy in the treatment of later period malignant tumors. Methods: Iodine-125 seed were inserted into the target tissue and permanent left there for brachytherapy in 28 cases of later period malignant tumors. Charges of patient's condition were observed in 180 days (Three half-lives). Results: Tumor were complete response or partial response in 23 cases which was 71.6% of total cases .serum tumor markers delined significantly in 7 cases, which was 17% of case total cases. Conclusions: Brachytherapy by implantation of Iodine-125 seeds of remained tumor tissues in patient with later malignant tumor has a satisfactory outcome in short term. It can be a therapy of malignant tumors.
