别嘌呤醇对糖尿病伴舒张性心衰内皮功能及脑钠肽的影响

摘    要:目的高尿酸血症已被假定为心血管的危险因素及心功能预后不良的指标。本研究观察应用别嘌呤醇控制高尿酸血症对糖尿病合并心脏舒张功能不全患者,血管内皮功能及脑钠肽的影响。方法在我院确诊的糖尿病合并心脏舒张功能不全同时具有高尿酸血症病人68人。其中34人采用饮食控制加剐嘌呤醇治疗6周,对照组仅采用饮食控制,6周后比较两组之间血管内皮功能及脑钠肽指标。结果采用别嘌呤醇治疗组血尿酸及脑钠肽水平降低明显,别嘌呤治疗组血管内皮功FMD能较饮食控制组改善明显。结论别嘌呤醇可降低血清尿酸及脑钠肽水平,改善血管内皮功能及舒张功能。

Abstract:Objective The present study was focused to clarify the influence of allopurinol on heart function, endothelial function and BNP in diabetic patients with cardiac diastolic dysfunction. Methods 68 diabetic patients were involved in the present study. All of the patients were treated with routine methods and 34 of them with additional allopurinol, yon Willebrand factor (vWF), flow-mediated dilatation (FMD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and BNP were observed. Results The serum uric acid, BNP and vWF significantly decreased after treatment with allopurinol. Comclusions Allopurinol can decrease hyperuricemia and BNP index, improve endothelial dysfunction and heart function.
