超声监测氯米芬治疗不孕症的应用价值

目的　探讨氯米芬 (克罗米芬 )诱导排卵障碍性不孕症妇女排卵时B超监测卵泡发育的临床价值。方法　对 48例用克罗米芬及HMG促卵泡发育的排卵障碍性不孕患者 ,月经第 9天开始观察 ,直至排卵期结束。结果　 48例患者经诱导排卵 ,卵泡发育成熟 .排卵者 3 4例 ,占70 %,其中受孕者 17例。结论　用B超监测药物诱导排卵在排卵障碍不孕症治疗中有重要的指导意义 ,可为准确预报排卵时间 ,指导患者掌握受孕机会 ,并在治疗中选择有效剂量 ,提供可靠的科学依据。

The Significance of Ultrasonic Monitoring during the Application of Clomiphene to the Therapy of Sterility

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of ultrasonic monitoring of follicular development during the application of clomiphene to the induction of ovulation of the women with sterility. Methods The monitoring via ultrasonic wave B was carried out on 48 women who suffered from anovulation under the condition of the application of clomiphene and human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG) to the promotion of follicular development from the 9th day of the menstrual cycle to the end of ovulation.Results The ovarian follicles matured and their hosts succeeded in ovulation in 34 women (70%), of whom 17 ones became pregnant. Conclusion It is significant that ultrasonic wave B monitors ovulation induced by drugs during the therapy of anovulation of the women with sterility, for it is able to predict the ovulatory date so that the pregnant opportunity can be grasped.
