针刺配合中药治疗慢性前列腺炎98例探讨

目的:比较针刺配合中药与单纯中药治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效,探索针刺在慢性前列腺炎中的治疗作用.方法:将190例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组98例及对照组92例,治疗组针刺配合中药治疗,对照组单用中药治疗.结果:治疗组治愈率70.4%,总有效率100%;对照组治愈率54.3%,总有效率94.6%.经统计学处理两组总有效率有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:针刺配合中药内服治疗慢性前列腺炎有良好的治疗作用,比单用中药内服疗效好.

Chronic Prostatitis (98 cases) Treated by Acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Drug

A comparison of clinical therapeutic effects was made between application of acupuncture combined with intemal administration of the Chinese traditional drugs and simple internal administration of the Chinese traditional drugs in the treatment of chronis prostatitis.Method:190 patients suffering from chronic prostatitis were divided at random into two groups:the therapeutic group consisting of 98 cases treated by acupunctrure combined with internal administration of the Chinese traditional drugs and another control group of 92 cases treated by application of simple intemal administration of the Chinese traditional drugs;therapeutic effects were observed and compared between these two groups.Results:It revealed that curative rate in the therapeutic group was 70.4% with a total effective rate reaching 100% while that in the control group being 54.3% and 94.6% respectively;the results between the two groups revealed statistical significance of difference in the total effective rate.Conclusion:Therapeutic effect in the therapeutic group receiving acupuncture combined with intemal administration of the Chinese traditional drugs was superior to that in the control group receiving simple internal administration of the Chinese traditional drugs in treating chronic prostatitis,acupuncture possesses good therapeutic effects in treatment of chronic prostatitis.
