手法整复治疗肱骨髁上骨折

目的：探讨运用中医手法整复同时配合中药治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2003年6月～2008年6月收治的73例肱骨髁上骨折患者的临床资料。结果：本组患者经40d～3个月的随访，结果显示优44例，良25例，差4例，优良率达到94．5％。结论：中医手法整复配合中药治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效肯定，在符合适应证的前提下可以在临床上推广运用。

Restoration practices on the treatment of humeral condylar fracture

Objective: To investigate the use of Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese medicine practices throughout the complex treatment of humeral condylar fracture on the clinical effect.Methods: Retrospective analysis of our hospital since June 2003 to June 2008 treated 73 cases of supracondylar fractures in patients with clinical information.Results:The patients in this group by 40 days to 3 months follow-up results of 44 eases of excellent, good in 25 cases, 4 cases of bad, excellent and good rate was 94.5%. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese medicine prac-tices throughout the complex treatment of humeral condylar fracture on the clinical effects of the affirmative, under the premise in line with the indications in clinical use.
