放射治疗对心脏的影响

目的：探讨放射治疗对胸腔内癌肿患者心脏的影响。方法：我们对１８３例胸腔内癌肿患者（其中食管癌１１６例，肺癌５５例，乳腺癌１２例）进行钴６０－γ线治疗，疗前及疗后分别查心电图、扇形心动超声、胸部Ｘ线平片。结果：治疗后ＳＴ段抬高或降低，Ｔ波低平或倒置者为１８．５％（３４／１８３），心电图改变的总发生率为６２．８％（１１５／１８３），扇形心动超声出现少量或中等量积液者为２８．９％（５３／１８３）。治疗后，９例出现胸部Ｘ线平片心影增大。结论：钴６０－γ线治疗胸腔癌肿在高龄患者中所引起的心脏损伤性改变应引起重视。

4 Effect of Radiotherapy treatment in Heart

Objective:To investigate the effect of radiotherapy on patient's heart of cancer in thoracic cavity.Methods:We compared the cardiac status of 183 elderly patients with intrathoracic carcinoma (one hundred and sixteen patients had esophageal.and fifty five patients had pulmonary carcinomas.and twelve patients had breast carcinomas).before radiation treatment and after Co 60 radiation treatment,We chested ECGs and ultrasonic cardiography and thoracic x rays.Results:of the 183 patients who had normal ECGs before treatment,34(18.5%) had either a rise or fall of their S T segments and a fall or in version of their T waves after treatment.62.8%(115/183)of cases had change in ECGs.Of the 183 patients who received ultrasonic cardiography,53(28.9%)patients showed evidence of hydrops after treatment.Chest x rays of 9(4 9%) of the 183 patients showed enlarged heart shadows after treatment.Conclusion:The findings suggest the precautions are required when giving elderly patients with intrathoracic carcinomas Co 60 radiation treatments because of possible caudiac complications.
