某汽车制造企业技改项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的对某汽车制造企业技改项目存在的危害因素进行检测和评价，以确保建设项目正式投产后职业病危害防护设施符合国家有关标准、规范要求，从而保护劳动者健康；同时该评价报告也为卫生行政部门对该建设项目的职业卫生竣工验收提供科学的技术依据。方法通过职业卫生调查、对作业场所存在的职业病危害因素进行检测与评价。结果该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目，职业病危害因素控制已达到预期评价效果，基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》GBZ 1—2002的要求。结论技改项目的机械化与自动化程度较高，通风排毒设施齐全，职业卫生管理制度执行有力，能有效控制职业病危害的发生。

Evaluation of Occupational Hazards Control on A Technological Improvement Item of A Vehicle Manufacture Enterprise

Objective] To detect and evaluate the occupational hazard existed in technological improvement item of a vehicle manufacture enterprise, and ensure the occupational hazard protection facilities accord with the relevant national standards after formally putting into operation so as to protect the health of workers, and provide scientific evidence for health administrative departments to examine the occupational health of the construction project after completion. Methods] Occupational health survey was adopted to detect and evaluate the existed occupational hazards in workplace. Results ] This project belonged to the construction projects with serious occupational hazard, the control of occupational hazards had achieved the expected results, generally consistent with ＂sanitary standards for design of industrial enterprises＂. Conclusion ] With high degree of mechanization and automation, complete ventilation and detoxification facilities, and strictly implementation of occupational Health management, occupational hazards can be effec- tively controlled in this project.
