心、脑血管疾病患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白含量变化

摘    要:目的 :观察超敏C反应蛋白 (hs CRP)在心、脑血管疾病中的变化情况及临床意义。方法 :采用胶乳增强抗体法检测 68例心血管疾病患者、75例脑血管疾病患者、5 0例急性炎症患者和 10 0例健康者血中hs CRP含量 ,并进行分组讨论、比较分析。结果 :心、脑血管疾病血浆hs CRP浓度普遍高于健康人群 (P <0 .0 1) ,并随着病情的逐步加重 ,hs CRP浓度逐步升高。结论 :观察血浆中hs CRP浓度的变化对心、脑血管疾病的诊断、疗效观察以及预后判断具有较重要的临床意义

Abstract:Objective: To observe the changes of hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) in cardiao-cerebral vascular disease and assess its application value.Method: The plasma hs-CRP concentrations of 68 cardio-vascular disease patients,75 cerebral disease patients,50 acute inflammation patients and 100 healthy subjects were detected by particle enhanced immunoturbidimetic assay.Results: The plasma concentrations of hs-CRP in cardio-cerebral vascular disease patients is higher than those in healthy subjects(P<0.01).With the progress of disease, the plasma concentrations of hs-CRP is gradually increased.Conclusion: To observe the changes of hs-CRP levels for the diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of cardio-cerebral vascular disease have important clinical significance.
