疑难血型的分析

目的 分析疑难血型产生原因,探索疑难血型的鉴定办法.方法 收集该院自2005～2011年大约180 000例血型鉴定中的疑难血型进行整理分析.结果 发现类B 1例,类A 1例,冷凝集8例,亚型2例,弱AB抗原3例,弱D 1例,血浆蛋白干扰6例,弱抗体2例,全凝集1例,选取各类1例进行分析,其他可参照处理后血型进行鉴定.结论 正确处理疑难血型才能准确鉴定血型,保证输血安全.

Analysis of difficult blood typing

Objective To analyze the causes of difficult blood typing,explore the identification approaches for difficult blood typing.Methods Data material of difficult blood typing samples among about 180 000 cases of blood group identification samples in this hospital,during 2005 and 2011,were analyzed.Results Among all enrolled samples,1 case of B analog,1 case of A analog,8 cases of cold agglutination,2 cases of sub-group,3 cases of weak AB antigen,1 case of weak D antigen,6 cases of plasma protein interference,2 cases of weak antibody and 1 case of total agglutination were detected.One typical case of each difficult blood typing was selected for analysis and the others were identified in accordance with processed blood group.Conclusion Blood groups could be correctly identified only by properly handling difficult blood typing to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
