| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血浆纤维蛋白原水平与脑梗死的关系.方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库关于脑梗死与血浆纤维蛋白原水平关系的对照研究,以此作为基础文献,数据以RevMan5.0和STATA10.0软件进行Meta分析.结果 共收集到符合要求的文献13篇,Meta分析结果显示,脑梗死患者较非脑梗死患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平高(P<0.000 01),Begg法和Egger法证实文献无发表偏倚.结论 脑梗死患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平高于非脑梗死者.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the association between cerebral infarction and plasma level of fibrinogen.Methods All related case-control studies about the association between cerebral infarction and plasma level of fibrinogen were searched from CNKI,WANFANG and VIP database.Data were analyzed by RevMan5.0 and STATA10.0 software.Results 13 studies were included in this article that meeting the enrolling criterion.Meta-analysis showed that plasma level of fibrinogen in patients with cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in patients without cerebral infarction(P<0.000 01).Begg method and Egger method indicated no publication bias.Conclusion Plasma level of fibrinogen in patients with cerebral infarction might be higher than those without cerebral infarction. |
