| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨精神分裂症患者血糖、血脂及血液流变学的变化及临床意义.方法 收集60例精神分裂症患者和40例健康人,分别对两组对象进行血糖、血脂及血液流变学的检测.并对两组的结果进行比较.结果 精神分裂症患者血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油、红细胞比容及全血黏度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 精神分裂症患者的体内血糖、血脂及血液流变学均有不同程度的改变,血糖、血脂及血液流变学水平测定在精神分裂症临床治疗中有着重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of glucose , blood lipids and hemorheology in patients with schizo- phrenia.Methods 60patients with schizophrenia and 40healthy persons were enrolled.Blood glucose , blood lipids and hemor heology were detected separately and results were compared.Results Levels of blood glucose , blood lipids , hematocrit and hemo- rheology in patients with schizophrenia were significantly higher than those in healthy control group ( P<0.01or P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Levels of blood glucose , blood lipids and hemorheology in patients with schizophrenia might be abnormal.It could have important clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia to quantitatively analyze the levels of blood glucose , blood lipids and hemorheology. |
