中晚期肺腺癌患者体内CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1、CA125水平的改变

目的 研究中晚期肺腺癌患者体内癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角蛋白21-1片段(CYFRA21-1)、糖类抗原125(CA125)的水平变化,为临床提供诊断依据.方法 选择该院2009年10月至2011年5月住院接受治疗的中晚期肺腺癌患者65例作为研究对象,按照肺癌分期标准Ⅱ期患者15例,Ⅲ期患者39例,Ⅳ期患者11例.对所有中晚期肺腺癌患者体内肿瘤标记物包括CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1及CA125进行检测,检测方法采用电化学分析法,并分析其血清标记物水平同患者疾病严重程度的相关性.结果 结果显示不同癌症分期患者体内相应的肿瘤标记物水平有所不同,Spearman相关性分析显示其水平高低同患者分期具有显著相关性,随患者分期的加重,肿瘤标记物水平整体升高,P<0.05.结论 肺腺癌患者体内肿瘤标记物水平同患者分期具有显著正相关性,针对肺腺癌患者检查肿瘤标记物可以有助于鉴别肺癌的分期,可以作为肺癌诊断的辅助指标.

Study on the changes of levels of CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1,CA125 in patients with lung adenocarcinoma

Objective To study the changes of levels of CEA , NSE , CYFRA21-1 , CA125in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and provide the evaluatio of diagnosising.Methods 65cases of lung adenocarcinoma palients were selected in the hospital from Oct 2009to May 2011 , which were divided into different kinds due to the lung cancer staging standard with the second stage 15cases , 29in third stage , 11in fourth stage.All the observations were tested by electrochemical analysis , and analysis the correlation of the seriousity with cancer.Results It was obviously different that patients in different stages got different dumor markers.Moreover by using Spearman correlation analysis , show very clear correlation between stages of cancer and the levels of tumor markers , they had apositive correlation ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion There is notable correlation between the stages of cancer and the levels of tumor markers , by using tumor markers could have the better way to tell the stages of lung cancer , which could provide good opportunities for the treat afterwards.
