| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院感染的现状及分布特点,为制定预防和控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用前瞻性监测与回顾性调查相结合的方法,对某综合性三级医院2009年1月1日-12月31日住院患者医院感染状况进行了调查。结果该医院全年共有住院患者42 083例,发生医院感染461例、534例次,感染率为1.1%、例次感染率1.3%;漏报13例,漏报率2.8%。感染部位构成比居前三位的依次为下呼吸道感染为48.13%,上呼吸道感染为26.97%和胃肠道感染为5.99%。感染患者分布最高的科室为ICU,占总感染例数的21.4%,其次为神经外科占5.2%。住院患者的抗菌药物使用率为77.21%。医院感染致病菌主要是革兰阴性菌,占58.78%。结论该医院感染率明显低于国内医院平均水平,但存在漏报现象;需要重点加强ICU等科室危重病人医院感染防控力度。
