| 摘 要： | 目的：研究羊膜移植治疗大泡性角膜病变的疗效。方法：对15例（15只眼）大泡性角膜病变患者采用羊膜移植治疗。其中无晶状体眼5例，人工晶状体眼5例，有晶状体眼者3例，角膜移植片失败者2例，结果：随访期3－12个月，治疗后1－3天内症状解除者13例（86．67％），症状减轻者2例，氖患者角膜上皮缺损在3－4周内愈合。结论：羊膜移植能有效地控制大泡性角膜病变的症状，促进上皮愈合，且安全、简便，易行，具有很大的发展前途。

| Abstract: | Objective:to evaluate the therapeutic effects of amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT)for bullous keratopathy.Methods:AMT was performed on 15 patients (15 eyes) with bullous keratopathy.The underlying causes of bullous keratopathy included aphakia(5 eyes)pseudophakia(5 eyes) failed corneal grafts(2 eyes) phakic eyes (3 eyes).Results:All patients had been followed up for 3 to 12 months.Within 1 to 3 days postoperatively symptoms of bullous keratopathy were relieved in 13 eyes and symptoms reduced in 2 eyes.Epithlial defects in all patients healed rapidly within 3 to 4 weeks.Conclusion:AMT relieves the symptoms effectively and promotes epithelial healing in bullous keratopathy.This method is simple and safe,and easily to perform if is highly recommanded for treatment of bullous keratopathy. |
