实验性大鼠肺气肿模型的建立

摘    要:目的:建立可行并可靠的大鼠肺气肿模型,为药物的筛选提供有效的方法。方法:20只SD大鼠随机分为对照组和模型组,每组各10只。模型组采用LPS致敏加烟熏诱导复制实验性肺气肿模型,30 d后观察各组大鼠的血气与肺组织的病理学变化情况。结果:血气分析发现模型组和对照组有显著性差异(P0.05);模型组病理结果显示出明显的肺气肿特征,经图像分析发现对照组平均肺泡面积明显低于模型组(P0.05)。结论:采用LPS加上烟熏诱导可以在较短时间内诱发大鼠肺气肿模型。

Abstract:Objective:To establish feasible and reliable rats emphysema model to provide effective methods for screening drugs.Methods: 20 SD rats were randomly divided into control and model groups(n=10).The rat model of emphysema was established by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) twice and exposed to cigarette daily.After 30 days,the pathological changes of each group in the lung were analyzedand the artery blood gas wasobserved.Results: There were significant differences in artery blood gas between two groups(P0.05).Model group pathologicalresults showed obvious emphysema characteristics.The meanalveolar area of the model group was significantly increased(P0.05).Conclusion: The experimental rats emphysema model can be successfully established adopting LPS andsmoked induction in a short time.
