| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对儿童骨盆骨折及其合并伤的诊断及治疗方法。方法对1990～2005年收治的89例儿童骨盆骨折的诊断与治疗进行回顾性分析，所有患者入院后均得到了早期诊断，及时抗休克，积极处理其合并伤，对骨盆骨折予早期复位固定等处理。结果89例患者中，死亡9例，50例获得1～13年随访，功能优良者29例，占97％，差2例为3％。结论儿童骨盆骨折早期重在其合并伤的诊断与治疗，骨箍骨折尽可能早期复位固定。
