慢性肾衰脂质过氧化异常和微量元素相关的研究

摘    要:对30便慢性肾衰(CRF)患者作血清及红细胞中超氧歧化酶(SOD)、血清丙二醛(MDA)及多种微量元素的测定,结果显示:CRF患者血清MDA水平显著升高,血透和非透析组血清锌的下降与红细胞SOD活性下降正相关,腹透组血清铝的升高与红细胞SOD活性下降负相关,血透患者透析后SOD活性较透析前明显升高。

Abstract:We determined the plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD),erythrocyte SOD,plasma levels of malonyl-dialdehyde(MDA)and plasma Zinc(Zn),copper(Cu),selenium(Se),aluminium(Al)and cadium(Cd)in 30 chronic renal failure(CRF)patients. The results showed: plasma Zn,Se,SOD activity and RBC-SOD activity were significantly low in CRF,while plasma Al and MDA were elevated.There was a positive correlation between the plasma Zn levels and RBC-SOD activity in the hemodialyzed and nondialyzed uremic patients. There was also a negative correlation between plasma Al levels and RBC-SOD activity which tends to improve after a single hemodialysis.
