评价HCG日血清雌二醇值与直径大于14mm卵泡数比值及与体外受精治疗结局的关系

目的评价人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日血清雌二醇(E2)值与B超下直径14mm的卵泡数比值及与体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)治疗结局的关系。方法回顾性分析接受IVF/ICSI-ET治疗的不育患者487例,根据HCG注射日E2值/直径14mm卵泡数比值分为3组:比值917.5为A组,比值917.5~1 284.5为B组,比值1 284.5为C组,比较3组的一般情况和临床结局。结果 B组获卵数、着床率、临床妊娠率、活产率均高于其他两组,C组着床率、临床妊娠率、活产率在三组中最低,且差异有统计学意义。结论 HCG日E2值与B超下直径14mm的卵泡数比值对预测IVF最终妊娠结局有一定意义。

Correlation between the ratio of serum estradiol levels to number of follicle diameter more than 14 mm on HCG day and pregnancy outcome of IVF/ICSI

Objective：To investigate the correlation between the ratio of serum estradiol levels to the number of ovarian follicle diameter with＞14 mm on the day of HCG administration and the pregnancy outcome of invitro fertilization（IVF）/intracytoplasmic sperm injection（ICSI）.Methods：A retrospective analysis based on the medical records of 487 patients undergone IVF/ICSI-ET treatment was performed.The patients were divided into three groups according to the ratio between serum estradiol levels and number of follicle diameter＞14 mm on HCG day：group A with ratio＜917.5,group B with ratio 917.5-1 284.5,and group C with ratio＞1 284.5.Results：The number of oocytes retrieved,fertilization rate,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and live-birth rate in the group B were significantly higher than those in the other groups,and those in the group C were lowest.Conclusions：The ratio between serum estradiol levels and number of oocyte diameter more than 14 mm on HCG day can predict pregnancy outcome of IVF/ICSI.
