来曲唑在促排卵中的有效性和安全性分析

2000年有学者首次报道芳香化酶抑制剂——来曲唑具有促排卵作用,其后对来曲唑的应用展开了大量研究。来曲唑通过可逆性地阻断雄激素向雌激素转化,促进单卵泡发育和排卵,且无抗雌激素作用。除了常规应用于雌激素依赖性肿瘤的治疗,其在多囊卵巢综合征、宫腔内人工授精、体外受精-胚胎移植,及生育力保存等方面的应用也表现出不错的临床效果。来曲唑能否扩大其使用范围,充分、安全地发挥其促排卵作用,成为近年来研究热点。本文将对来曲唑在促排卵中应用的有效性及安全性展开论述。

Efficacy and safety of letrozole in ovulation induction

Letrozole,an aromatase inhibitor,was firstly introduced as a potential ovulation induction agent in 2 000,followed by a large number of studies published.Letrozole appears to be a good option,with its convenient administration route,reliability,single follicle development,negligible anti-estrogen effect and decreased dose of gonadotropin used.It has been used for ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）,intrauterine insemination,various protocols of in vitro fertilization/ intracytoplasmic sperm injection（IVF/ICSI） and fertility preservation.Furthermore,letrozole was applied in the adjuvant treatment of breast cancer originally.This review focuses on the efficacy and safety of letrozole in ovulation induction.
