| 摘 要： | [目的]研究五味子粗多糖的抗疲劳作用。[方法]给药组小鼠按100mg、200mg、300mg/kg灌胃给予五味子粗多糖溶液;阳性对照组小鼠给予等容量的力克;空白对照组给予等容量的生理盐水,连续灌胃7天,于末次灌胃后1h进行小鼠游泳实验和小鼠耐缺氧实验。[结果]实验结果表明:给药组和阳性对照组药物均能提高小鼠的游泳和缺氧存活时间。[结论]五味子粗多糖能显著提高小鼠游泳和缺氧存活时间,具有一定的抗疲劳作用。
