| 摘 要： | 目的；观察ｒｈＩＬ－６对急性白血病原代细胞体外生长的作用。方法：应用ＭＴＴ，ＣＦＵ－Ｌ及间接免疫荧光法对１８例急性病进行观察。结果：ＩＬ－６体外单独应用对急性白血病原代细胞无明显促增殖及诱导分化作用，但与Ｇ－ＣＳＦ联合则常可抑制原代白血病细胞增殖。结论；ＩＬ－６与Ｇ－ＣＳＦ联合用于化疗，放疗后的骨髓抑制更安全。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTostudy the effects of recombinant interleukin-6 (rhIL-6) on blast cells proliferation.Method18patients with acute leukemias were studied by in vitro using MTT,CFU-L and indirect immunefluorescence.ResultInterleukin-6 had slight growth-proliferationeffect on blast cells.IL-6 combined with G-CSF often inhibited blast cells growth of acutemyeloblastic leukemias in vitro.ConclusionIL-6 and G-CSF used for therestoration of Chemotherapy-induced bone marrow inhibition might be safer than that ofcombinations of IL-6 with other growth factors in the study. |
